The new Croker Online Training Platform has a new account-creation system whereby a "confirming email" isn't required.  You will be able to access the course immediately using the Enrollment Key when prompted to do so.

Please follow these instructions to create an account to access your Building's Course. This information is also on the INSTRUCTIONS sheet provided by the Property Manager.

1. Click on the "Create new account" button below.
2. Complete the requested information on the form. Note the "required fields" marked with red circles ( ! ).
3. Do not use your email address as the "Username."
4. The "Password" must contain a capital letter, lower case text, a number and a special character.
5. You must complete the information to identify your EAP Role, Employer and Assigned Floor.
6. Execute the "Create my new account" form submission action.
7. Any errors will he highlighted in red. Correct them before proceeding.
8. On the next screen, read the text and execute "Continue."
9. The next screen confirms your registration.
10. Click on the "Continue" button.
11. Enter the Enrollment Key provided by your Property Manager. It is also listed on the INSTRUCTIONS sheet provided.
12. The next screen should display the opening screen for the course.
13. Read the introduction content and proceed with the course Lessons and Quizzes.
14. Lessons must be completed in sequence.  The system will not allow access to Lessons if the previous Lesson isn't completed with a passing grade.
15. When all Lessons are complete, with a passing grade for the Course, print the Course Certificate and provide a copy to the Property Manager.
16. Retain a copy for your own records.
